Your Responsibilities

We at Skill are looking for a tool setter for the tool service department at Siemens Energy in Finspång. The role involves building complete tools for machining for the workshop's machines with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery. To succeed, commitment, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain focus during challenges are required. The role involves close collaboration with production, which consists of both colleagues and customers. Working hours are FMS shifts, with the possibility of daytime during training.

Main responsibilities:

• Build, measure, and program complete tools in the presetting machine based on data from TDM.

• Work independently with frequent customer contacts in close collaboration with colleagues in the department.

• Be part of a team of about 17 employees working in the setting room, tool storage, tool grinding, calibration, and fine mechanics.

• Together with the team, be responsible for procurement, service, control, and manufacturing of tools.
